Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Gym Owner”, or “Subscriber”) and SRTDigi (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the GymPro platform.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms were last updated on June 26, 2026.

GymPro is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform providing gym management tools, including but not limited to:

• Member management, attendance tracking, and membership plans
• Subscription billing and payment collection via integrated payment gateways
• Revenue analytics, financial reporting, and dashboards
• Automated WhatsApp/SMS reminders and notifications
• Multi-branch management and role-based staff access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• One account may manage multiple gym branches under one subscription plan
• Account sharing between unrelated businesses is prohibited

GymPro is offered on a subscription basis. Available plans include:

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. International billing in USD is available on request.

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a discount of up to 20%.

Payment methods accepted:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM)
• Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay)
• International cards and ACH via Stripe

Taxes: GST at 18% is applicable on all subscriptions for Indian customers. GST invoices are issued automatically and available in your dashboard. Your GSTIN may be provided during onboarding for B2B invoices.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, the account will be temporarily suspended. Data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation.

Annual plans: A pro-rated refund may be issued if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of the annual subscription. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Free trial: No charge is applied during the 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.

Exceptional refunds: Refunds for technical failures directly caused by GymPro (e.g., extended downtime exceeding 48 hours) will be evaluated case by case. Contact support@srtdigi.in.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your dashboard at any time. No penalty applies for cancellation.

As a gym owner using GymPro, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining informed consent from your gym members before entering their personal data into GymPro
• Informing your members that their payment information is processed by Razorpay/Stripe
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws regarding your members' data
• Ensuring that membership fees collected via GymPro comply with local consumer protection laws
• Maintaining accurate business information and GST registration details on your account
• All communications, claims, and obligations between you and your gym members

SRTDigi acts as a data processor for member data uploaded by gym owners. The gym owner is the data controller and is responsible for lawful data processing.

The GymPro platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of SRTDigi and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Any data you upload or create within GymPro (“User Content”) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to use GymPro to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Process payments for illegal goods or services
• Collect member data without their knowledge or consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Upload malware, viruses, or any destructive code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Impersonate SRTDigi or its staff
• Engage in money laundering or fraud through payment features

Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRTDigi shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business arising from use of the Service
• Disputes between gym owners and their members
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment processors
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages)

Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity via payment features
• Fail to pay outstanding subscription fees after 3 retries
• Are found to be acting in bad faith or to harm other users

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted per our retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SRTDigi and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
